Edmar Kevine Soares Tavares
Co-Founder | Technical and Property Support
Edmar has a background in architecture and works with the Municipality of Tarrafal. His technical knowledge and local experience support Immovest CV in understanding properties, locations and practical aspects of the real estate market in Tarrafal and Santiago.
João Claudio Cabral Sanches
Co-Founder | Local Knowledge and Property Data
João Claudio was born and raised in Tarrafal. He studied geography and has many years of experience with cadastral data and municipal mapping. This gives Immovest CV strong local knowledge of land, infrastructure and property-related information.
Idalena Cabral Wegenstein
Co-Founder | Client Support and Administration
Idalena grew up in Tarrafal and has strong roots in the local community. She brings experience in administration, client contact and community-based work, supporting Immovest CV with communication, organisation and day-to-day follow-up.
Florian Wegenstein
Client Communication and Property Support
Florian was born in Switzerland, grew up in Austria and has lived in Tarrafal for more than 20 years. As the founder of Delta Cultura and the Delta Cultura Education Center, he brings long-standing local experience, international communication and strong knowledge of the community.
